Hexagon is a one-stop door solution which offers a wide range of doors sourced from an extensive
network of established and reliable door manufacturers from all parts of the world. We are able to
provide complete range solutions for clients who wish to have a complete range of door designs

Prior to every shipment, all our doors undergo our stringent quality inspections using tried and
proven methodologies to ensure that goods exceed our quality specifications. We have personnel
based in Asia with extensive and intimate knowledge of the door manufacturing process, therefore
we not only identify quality problems, but also help suppliers solve them. With representatives close
to our suppliers, we are able to minimize risks of products with inferior quality reaching buyers.
We can offer doors in various common constructions:
1. Solid timber
Solid timber doors can be made from tropical wood or any other species that the buyer should
require.
2. Engineered
A very common trend in many developed countries, engineered doors provide a very stable
construction. Doors tend to be well colour-matched with even grains and character throughout.
These doors are also environment friendly as bulk of the raw material used comes from
plantation wood (MDF and particleboard).
A typical engineered door construction is shown below. Construction may be customized
according to customers' individual requirements.

3. Flush
Flush doors are the most basic construction available, yet the most versatile. Designs can be
carved onto the surface of the door to any fancy shape, producing a very modern and elegant
door.
Two common constructions may be seen below. It is also possible to replace the particleboard
core with honeycomb paper, tubular boards, or even solid core.
4. Moulded skin
Moulded door skins are made of High Density
Fibreboard (HDF) boards formed into shapes
resembling regular joinery doors. Skins doors
offered by Hexagon are textured and beautifully
formed with pronounced edges.
